Many of the dishes are served on the premises of the The Chesterfield as well as at other Red Carnation Hotels properties in the U.K., Switzerland and South Africa.

In “A Life in Food,” Tollman even reveals her special recipe for the splendid chicken soup that’s one of the signature treats at The Chesterfield.

The $45 book is for sale in the lobby of The Chesterfield, 363 Cocoanut Row, in Palm Beach or can be ordered over the phone by calling (561) 659-5800.

Tollman is donating all Florida sales proceeds from the book to one of her favorite area charities, the Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary & Hospital.
